The Merchandising service Associate (MSA) is primarily responsible for completing all assigned merchandising reset and service-related projects accurately, on time, and in accordance with merchandising and safety standards.The MSA follows detailed project instructions to execute merchandising strategy in the stores, ensuring customers are presented with the products that reflect their demands and represent Lowe’s strategic vendor partnerships. Store reset displays must always be in working order and satisfy merchandising and safety standards. The MSA is responsible for building displays, processing damaged products, rotating and pricing stock, resolving project issues or questions, checking third party work completion, providing proof of project completion, and monitoring the store for potential security and safety risks.The Merchandising service Associate must ensure products and information are always displayed to our customers in a way that contributes to an exceptional in-store experience. Merchandising “bay integrity” services to be performed by the MSA includes; setting and maintaining intended planogram designs, organizing top-stock to merchandising standards, ensuring displays are properly functioning, clean, priced, down-stocked, front-facing and detailed.

The primary function of the Sales Specialist Flooring is to serve as the store expert on flooring by providing detailed product information to both customers and other Lowe's employees. The Sales Specialist Flooring is expected to conduct sales activities and build relationships with customers including promoting and recommending products, plans, or installationservices that match customer needs, informing customers on pricing, options, or status on pending orders, keeping shelves stocked and correctly displayed, and coordinating successful completion of projects and orders. This includes performing order management duties such as entering new orders for customers, reaching out to vendors on special orders, tracking and fulfilling orders, and resolving issues. The Sales Specialist Flooring is also responsible for providing excellent customer service through the daily execution of Lowe’s customer service programs, following up on completed orders to ensure customer satisfaction, and assisting customers as needed in locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise. This includes training associates, operating store equipment and supporting other departments as needed.

Provide superior customer service by assisting customers in selection, demonstration, and purchase of product including special orders and installations. Keep shelves fully stocked, fronted according to planogram and correctly priced. Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service. Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
