Role is responsible for registering, receiving, assessing, prioritizing and confirming requests for client transport as wel as scheduling and communicating with volunteer drivers. Key responsibilities includes receive, enquire and seek relevant information including confirmed medical appointment, complete registration form and forward to officer responsible for entering client information into compupter database.Communicate with drivers as required, receive daily sheets from driver at the end of each driver's shift and transfer relevant data to computer system.
