During my tenure at MSWIL, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of operations, including GRN process management, invoice generation, E-way bill handling, and documentation tasks such as RGP & NRGP creation. I successfully led a team, overseeing their performance and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Additionally, I managed internal communications and email processes efficiently.One of my significant achievements was spearheading a project aimed at reducing GRN pending. Through meticulous analysis and strategic implementation, I devised and executed solutions that streamlined our processes, resulting in a notable decrease in pending GRNs. This project showcased my ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive impactful improvements within the organization.
