Key Responsibilities:• Creating programs that are effective and aligned with the vision and mission of the organization.• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to maintain essential relationships.• Project management responsibilities- guiding field offices and partners.• Creating monitoring and evaluation frameworks with the team.• Organizing and /or conducting capacity building workshops for the project team and/or key stakeholders.• Reporting and communication with internal and external stakeholders.• Documentation and coordination with the field team Field experience: • Conducting discussions with community leaders and members to assess the need in the targeted area. • Building project implementation team at the local level. • Meeting with GP members, experts from government agencies and line departments, district collector and local NGOs to avoid duplication of the work. • Engagement with women SHGs to empower and encourage them to participate in the project. • Building strategies with the project implementation team to resolve conflict within the community, build trust, encourage participation and ownership. Key Assignments: • Managing natural resources management and watershed development projects (River rejuvenation projects) in Maharashtra.• Contributing to knowledge creation (training modules) on community sensitization programs on water and agriculture, water planning for farmers, demand-side water management, agroforestry, etc.• Managing the two different projects “ATLAS COPCO AND VOLKSWEGAN at the same time.• Managing the mass outreach events in the field.
