•Manage and Support 9 Production Buyers •Implement Strategic Partnerships with Supplier Base•Drive transfer of product sourcing and manufacture to Singapore•Analysis of Forecast vs Actual demand vs Supply Chain to maximize inventory and minimize lead times•Lead Team in Cost Savings Initiative (4 Million annum)•Spear head- Root cause reconciliation project pertaining to invoices on hold •Identify any non value-added activities within supply chain •Continuous improvement Initiatives include: Oracle 10 module based system, Advanced Supply Chain Planning Module, Lean initiatives in the manufacturing environment, Kanban Replenishment.•Partnering with the Oracle consulting team to develop business design solutions and build documents•Developing all accompanying department business processes, policy and procedures •Participating in the team delivery of Oracle module specific training•Facilitating and leading the item master data conversion process•Responsible for future training and support requirements on specific modules within the User Community
