As an Operations Team Member at Tim Hortons, I applied my communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations. I was part of a diverse and collaborative team that served hundreds of customers daily, handled cash transactions, prepared food and beverages, and maintained a clean and safe environment. I also gained valuable experience as a Cash Register Operator at A&W Food Services of Canada Inc., where I interacted with customers, processed orders and payments, and followed health and safety protocols. Additionally, I developed my administrative and organizational skills as an Administrative Assistant at Hitesh Brij Associates a Chartered Account consultancy firm in India, where I supported the accounting and tax functions, managed office records and correspondence, and used various software applications. I am currently pursuing a Business Administration Diploma at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), where I am learning the fundamentals of business administration and management, such as accounting, finance, marketing, and human resources. I am passionate about business and eager to apply my skills and knowledge to a challenging and rewarding career in the field.
