As an Operations Team Member at Tim Hortons, I applied my communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, I developed my administrative and organizational skills as an Administrative Assistant at Hitesh Brij Associates a Chartered Account consultancy firm in India, where I supported the accounting and tax functions, managed office records and correspondence, and used various software applications. I am currently pursuing a Business Administration Diploma at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), where I am learning the fundamentals of business administration and management, such as accounting, finance, marketing, and human resources.
