Responsible to execute the projects at optimum cost,time and best quality standards.Closely coordinate/interact with all concerned department and take a lead in problem solving and decisions,making effective use of the services/expertise of the various departments.Manage projects with respect to Design,Commercial, Schedule, Construction and Quality Management with value Engineering,continuous improvement and innovations.Closely coordinate with team involved in the development of Master Plan,Concept and Scheme Design based on Strategy,Cost, Quality and innovation parametres in coordination with Architect, Sales, Marketing, Liaison and Planning Team ensuring compliances with Local and Statutory requirements and also to ensure that the Design is well coordinated with Structural and Services Engineering. Provide leadership in terms of communication of vision, Business Strategy, role clarity and performance target and work closely with all Business Head to anchor and approve the Price Matrix for all projects . Responsible for standardization of system, workings and execution procedures, Central Planning of Projects -Forecasting and Analyzing the projects Plan according to By - Law, Govt.regulations and Statutory requirements of Land. Scheduling and co- ordination of all programs/activities/resources for projects to ensure timely completion of Projects. Co-ordinate with all Concerned Internal Departments( Design,Estimation,Contracts,Planning, Purchase, Sales, Liasion,Quality ,Bench marked Systems, Procedures and best Industry Practices. Co-ordinate for R & D for all types of Material / Process in Co- ordination with Corporate Head. Analyze Structural Designs from Structural angle, correlating technologies with strategies by systematization and integration of process, Prepare ,submit and present a consolidated operations and MIS report to Management on Monthly basis ensuring timely data integration and efficient Project Management Implementation

Headed and completed successfully the operations of largest TOD of India - Seawoods Grand Central at Seawoods Railway Station, Navi Mumbai.Responsibility to encompass Engineering coordination including MEP, Façade, Interiors etc. Execution to include Civil works including Finishing, MEP, Façade, Interiors etc. Spearheaded team to execute this world class Mixed Use Transit Oriented Development with configuration of Integrated Commercial Projects with Retail, Office Building etc. of International Quality and Finishing.

Heading Engineering and Construction of Residential Projects.responsible for all project related functions including engineering, costing and budgeting, monitoring, safety, quality, contracts, procurement, innovation, planning and project execution.

As Head -Projects at Adani Shantigram Intgrated Township which is spread over a vast expanse in the close proximity of Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway, Ahmedabad. Coordinated with all Internal and External Stakeholders from Master planning, Concept and Schematic Design Stage. Nurtured and supported a strong Project team to execute the project at optimum time frame and best Quality and Safety standards.
