My name is Nir Kumar Magar. I was born in small Himalayan village of Nepal where posibilities are limited and Ofcorse education, I have been working in the mountaineering for the last 15 years in Nepal Himalaya. Herby, would like to apply as a all-rounder worker in your organization.As the covid 19 hit Nepal like many parts of the world, Nepal and the tourism industry faced a terrible fortune. To have an alternative income source, I approached my culinary skills and operated a self-owned small restaurant in Kathmandu. In search of my passion for tourism, I am currently in Malta, learning about the European trekkers and hikers have mentioned the name of your organization. Today, I have migrated to Europe in search of suitable working opportunities. Since being born and raised in the Himalayas, I have always found myself drawn to the mountains. As it is my home, I knew the landscape as well as the culture of the Nepal mountain region. Nepal is a tourism-based country, I also started my career as an assistant tour guide in the year 2005. In the year 2010 I received my official trekking guide license and actively started working as a trekking guide. In my last 15 years as a mountaineering trekking guide, my responsibilities were;May accompany the individual on a sightseeing tour/ trekking Accompany tour group describes points of interestOrganize conducts mountain-climbing expeditions for adventurers or touristsArrange transportation other accommodations for groups of tourists, following the planned itinerary, and escorts groups during the entire trip, within a single area or at specified stopping points of the trekking Arrange for camping climbing equipment, transportation to the site of ascent, and services of medical or other personnel as neededLead party to site of ascent during the climbGive advice and instruction to climbing novices in accepted techniques use of equipmentI have guided many mountain enthusiastsin the last decade, along with the hiking trails of mountains such as Everest basecamp, Mt. Manaslu, Dhaulagiri, Kanchanjung, Annapurna etc. I was also very fortunate to be able to work in the Everest base camp as a food served for the expedition groups. This is because of my culinary skills and my love of food, so, what your company's goals is, I'm sure that my skills of tourism industry's are fit for it.
