Preparing Daily Cash forecasting & Bank reconciliations for various Shell entities (Far East region).-Preparing Variance analysis report to Operating unit heads-Inputting & releasing FX/MM deals in Virtual Treasurer to purchase foreign currencies to accommodate FX payments to vendors and also dividend payment to shareholders.-Opening & closing of bank accounts in SAP through SPERANSA system for all Far-East entities.-Negotiating with Bank for WCD Loan borrowings for shell entities based on working capital requirement.-Doing fund transfers through banking portal for various bank accounts.-Filing ECB returns with RBI on monthly basis as per FEMA requirement.-Providing FDI declaration and Maintaining FIRC’s record.-Placing FD’s with bank hence negotiating for the best interest rates.-Preparing necessary letters and documents to avail DEPB claims from Indian Government for -Avail banker certificate to get GR Waiver to receive or send the goods to the origin. -Preparing Bank Guarantees through web bank portal for various entities in Shell.-Preparing business analysis report for downstream business (Shell India) and submit to the Controller & Deputy Controller of the company on a monthly basis.-Preparing & Posting manual journal entries for DIE/Sweeping/Bank charges to clear the outstanding entries in the accounts.Risk Marketing Back Office Operations:-Approving fixed price hedge contracts between shell OU and shell trading.-Monitoring customer product lifting’s.-Inputting FX hedges with shell treasury centre.-Preparing hedge settlement report between shell operating unit and trading on a monthly basis-Preparing settlement invoice in SAP and chase shell trading for payments.- Preparing MIS report through business warehouse (BW), Business Objects (BO) & BU4 for respective shell OU’s.- Processing Service orders, Creating PR`s and GRN for the CO2 Emission trades.- Computed Mark to Market report and book the accruals and IGPC Confirmation

- To pay the Overdue and Due Invoices of Vessel Expenses through the Disbursement Account on a daily basis through SAP R1-R3 (EDI)- To ensure error free payments made successfully for the day.- Also to ensure we receive acknowledgement from the bank for the payments made at end of the day.- Handling bank rejections & maintaining Rejection Reports.- Generating Reports for the paid invoices on a weekly basis in order to intimate to the Treasury (Charlotte, US).- Ensuring all the activities are done within the specified SLA with accuracy- Corresponding with Front office in case of Failures, Queries, Confirmations, technical Information, process improvements. Responsibilities in End to End Accounting: - Remote Migration from CEU. - Migrated Invoice uploading into SAP. - Handled reconciliation activities like Vendor & Inter-company reconciliation. - Handled Master Data updation for Belgium & Netherland Vendors at document level.
