Senior Manager - System Infrastructure Software Support Team
CurrentSupervising, Guiding, Administrating and Managing System Infrastructure software support (Pre-Sales, Implementations and post-implementation support) team who are responsible for servicing following Technologies, Solutions and Software products. o Client Virtualization (Citrix XenApp/Desktop, Netscaler for Secure Gateway ) o Server Virtualization (MS Hyper-V and VMware vSphere ) o Messaging and collaboration (MS Exchange/Linux Open Source ) o Infrastructure (Microsoft Active Directory ) o Security( Symantec End Point Protection, Bright Mail Gateway, Linux IPtables) o Backups and Data Protection( Veritas Backup Exec, MS DPM, Veeam, and CommVault) o Disaster Recovery(VMware Site Recovery Manager and Veeam Replication) o Management and Monitoring (VMware Operation Manager, Microsoft System Center suit and Others ) o Cloud Technologies (Public - Microsoft O365, Assure, Private- VMware vRealize private cloud) o Mobile Device Management Technologies (VMware Air-watch/Workspace and Citrix Xen Mobile )Provide SLA support for the customers who are having Citrix, Microsoft, VMware and Backup infrastructureResponsible for managing IT Infrastructure projects and delivering them on timeRegular service review meetings with customersRegular Vender Meetings and coordination Creating Annual Business plan and service strategies for meeting targeted service revenueTeam Management, Administration and RecruitmentReporting to Director/General Manager
