I am an an ex-VP of Avaya (previously AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Bell Labs) & ex-CEO of Tata Telecom, now mostly retired but an entrepreneur and an angel investor I am a Wharton Alum. I have co-founded six technology startups, shut-down four & invested in two over the last 5 years. Prior to that, I was Vice President at Avaya Inc. and spent 11+ years in India as an expat where I was Vice Chairman and CEO of Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd - Avaya's publicly listed JV in India. Prior to that I was a Technical Manager at Bell Laboratories for 17 years.As CEO of Avaya GlobalConnect, I led major transformation of the company from a manufacturing to customer centricity and delivered unmatched business results. We grew 44% YoY CAGR over last 9 years against market growth of 16% and built a US$150M+ strong business.
