My role with TAC focuses on managing the end-to-end business transformational and strategic programs that support the delivery of company services and client outcomes. Key to the role is understanding organisational strategy and to effectively link strategy to business development opportunities. Some of my duties include delivering strategic change and leading a high performing and highly engaged team, implementing data governance and associated process design, ongoing management and continuous improvement, engaging with senior stakeholders across all levels of the project portfolio, providing strategic input to mitigate existing business challenges, and implementing various strategic initiatives for project management to optimise operational efficiency, requiring rationalisation of complex requirements, timescales, resource challenges and budgetary constraint.

Some of my duties include working collaboratively with the executive team to deliver business goals, conducting business development activities and identifying strategic opportunities for the practice, driving portfolio prioritisation, ensuring that projects approach and methodology are aligned with company standards and policies, managing strong governance standards and risk management practices, advising on investments and delivery decisions, and ensuring continuous improvements for customer requirements.

Key to the role is conducting business design, architecture and analysis functions including planning, requirements development, business model design, process design and management, and solution validation. Some of my duties include establishing business analysis practice, working on claims business model program of work, supported recovery operating model and independence service model transformation programs from inception to delivery, developing program planning and sequencing of initiatives, defining governance & goals, implementing risk management approach, and managing business analyst demand and supply across multiple projects.
