Hi Folks ! I'm currently working as a system and process manager in IDFC First Bank. I Started my career as an Associate Operation Manager in a Tier B city where I have played a pivotal role in kickstarting the disbursement process of secured and unsecured Retail Products. Setting up my team for loan processing, process/Product training to all stakeholders, closing the Audit query , maintaining the TAT and quality of file process at disbursement were a few of my key activities handled and excelled at work. Having been promoted with a role change , currently I'm working as a System and Process Manager for the 1.5 year. Here I have been working with a team handling digital projects of making disbursement process paperless. I have been instrumental in kickstarting digital scan based disbursement process for Mortgage products across Pan India locations. Testing new builds mentioned under Jira, reviewing the process written in Epic stories for streamlining disbursement processes are activities carried out on a daily basis. Additionally setting up the processes , maintaining SOP, maintaining login and disbursement checklist, conducting weekly updates on system changes are other key activities done at my end. Here, I'm looking for growth opportunities where there's major learning and scope of improvement as a manager and as a process developer.

A Distribution center (DC) forms an important node of Supply chain. It's a challenging task for most of operation manager at a DC to achieve the dual targets of lower cost and higher service at every stage of supply chain .My task was to optimize the use of resources that undergoes in DC operation which was carried out at Srinivasa Logistics, a 2PL that gives Services of HUL Products to Different Customers. Since in a mechanized DC, most of the operations is carried out by labor & machines, a time-motion study was carried out which helped me in calculating optimum no. of machines, labors that should be deployed for carrying out operations smoothly. Time motion study also helped me to develop activity flow diagram & understanding bottleneck activities which hamper productivity of DC.
