1. Work on P1 incidents, escalations, long pending issues and problem management tasks for network & security.2. P1, planning software / IOS upgrades, adherence to SLA’s, preparing standard process and procedures for publications. 3. Conduct training’s for new joiners.4. Infra Technical resource for Datacenter consolidation.5. Team handling & preparation of management reports.

Event management - Interpret alerts received via monitoring tools, troubleshoot and take necessary remedial actions. Incident Management – Drive incidents to successful resolution by resolving them or by working in tandem with peers and partners. 3. Reporting - Generate various technical and management reports using reporting capabilities of monitoring tools.4. Participate in Disaster-Recovery network-drills to ensure the backup is in place in case of BCP situations.5. Team Handling & working on major client Escalations.

Follow standard operations procedures where it exists, in identifying, isolating and trouble-shooting incidents that causes or might cause network outages.5. Detect and escalate issues and follow up with peer-support groups to get it documented for new incidents & events.6. Actively participate in Telephonic Bridge calls, invite key support groups, stakeholders, partners to ensure quick resolution of major incidents.
