Operation:• Performed Commissioning of Aggreko Bhola 95 MW Gas Power Plant Project (Gas Engine Modular type) including extra-high-voltage substation equipment.• Performed Low Voltage Operational Switching, Isolation and Routine Check of LV Switchgear, Transformer as per SWI.• Expertise in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system.Maintenance:• Major electrical equipment (Alternator, ACB, Battery charger, LTA, Radiator and Room Fans, FCV Harness, VSD, Gas detectors, GEMPAC, Gas masters, Heat & Smoke detectors, Starter motors, Fuel Solenoid Valve, etc.) maintenance and repair as per work instruction on Aggreko equipment.Documentation:• Preparing various type of service reports and documents.• Performing various engine diagnosis tests and preparing test reports.• Planning and performing scheduled maintenance.• Implementing standard work instruction (SWI) for installation, troubleshooting, testing, diagnosis, inspection and maintenance.• Preparing Component Failure Reports (CFR) using paper and electronic system.• Preparing documents. Such as- Production Reports, Daily Load Dispatch Log, Plant Notification Reports etc.• Communicating with clients (BPDB and NLDC) and gas supplier (SGCL).• Performing 5’S and OPPO audit.• Analyzing breakdowns and Preparing TPM, Kaizen and FMEA report for proactive maintenance• Conducts site QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) audits to ensure strict compliance.• Applying PTW, preparing work related risk assessment and risk mitigation plan etc.

• Planning with the client (BPDB) on regular basis for arranging work permits & ensure overhauling work going on as per requirement.• Performed overhauling works of 125 MVA, 40 MVA, and 25 MVA Transformers including testing report analysis, Checking and changing all gaskets, butterfly valves, bladder of the conservator tank, and bushing oil of transformers with Ukraine Transformer Experts.• Monitoring all projects work activities like Boiler, Turbine, ID Fan & FD Fan, Water pump motor etc.• Monitoring the repair of I&C junction boxes and cable tracks, Electric motors of shutoff and control valve electric drives.
