As Regional Compliance Officer for the APJ region (excl. GCR), I am responsible for the ethics & compliance function and drive initiatives to foster a culture of integrity and compliance across APJ. Through a data-driven approach, I advise APJ leadership to achieve outcomes supportive of our EPIC2 values and foster the right tone and conduct from the top. I build on this by the implementation of regional compliance councils, risk-focused leadership communication and proactive outreach to APJ-wide colleagues on emerging risks. I have also supported the development of a risk-based training curriculum adapted for the hybrid workplace and continue to conduct compliance risk assessments across the region.I am also the global program lead for the gifts and entertainment program at VMware, managing the program from a global anti-bribery risk perspective.In 2023, I was the recipient of the VMware Legal EPIC2 Award in recognition of my contributions.

As Regional Compliance Lead for India, South East Asia and Korea regions, I was successful in fostering and promoting compliance, while adapting the ethics & compliance program to suit the evolving needs of remote working.
