Initiated and led the development of a food delivery mobile app for fast food outlets KFC under a franchise model. • Utilised competitive analysis and user interview techniques to understand the core problems and successfully launched the product bringing down the commission rates to zero from 25% charged by food aggregators and reducing the delivery time to 20 mins from 50-60 mins leading to increased ARPU and customer satisfaction scores.• Collaborated with designers and provided feedback on wireframes and mock-ups, developed user stories based on ICP analysis, and efficiently communicated ideas to the engineering teams resulting in a hazel-free product development process.• Developed and executed a comprehensive product strategy, aligning with business objectives, market gaps, and optimized user experience, enhanced market positioning, which increased adoption rate by 20% QoQ, and a 15% increase in profits.• Captured the business requirements and developed a roadmap highlighting key milestones and delivery/UAT timelines and secured buy-ins from the CEO and Operations Head, completing the project on time and within budget.• Led the product launch, tracked and delivered on product success metrics like NPS, DAU, WAU, average delivery time, etc, and developed insightful product narratives for the executive team.• Crafted a detailed GTM plan by defining the target audience, and positioning strategy that helped improve Awareness, Adoption, Activation, and Referral rates during the first quarter of the app going live.
