Set business targets or sales team and periodically review their performances. Create new business development plans that integrate overall growth ensuring desired sales results. • Customer Management: Deftly establish and manage multi-tier relationships across customer to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of corporate goals. • Customer Services: Proactively provide customer service relating to specific sales and customer expectation issues. • Represent the customer in the solution/service development process, ensuring clear communication of customer expectations and requirements• Client Relationship Management: Understand and implement client relationships at multi-tier levels and ensure long-term business partnerships and achievement of corporate goals. Establish executive relationships within the designated MNC customer accounts. Manage customer presentations and proposals. • Sales & Marketing Management: Strategic initiatives within territorial jurisdiction, with thrust on capturing substantial market share. Tracking market dynamics, drawing vital inputs to realign strategies to gain and retain dominant market position. • Plan and implement sales activities to achieve sustained sales revenues. Identify Gaps in the supply chain and customize to increase overall efficiency. • Team Management: Undertake motivational initiatives to receive best possible results from the team. Show less
