I am trained and can work on tools SEM, TEM, AFM, Profilometry, Contact angle measurement, e-beam deposition, DLS, DSC, DLF, DMA, TGA, Nanoindentor, INSTRON, UV-Vis, FTIR, Raman, XPS, Spin Coating.I am worked on my PhD with my adviser Dr. Mustafa Akbulut and the topic is Advanced Materials for Heat Management in Electronic Devices. We filed a Patent for a TIM involving metal-organic- inorganic nano-composite which we believe is a break through since it gives a order of magnitude low resistance compared to present day commercial TIMs.I completed my Undergraduate degree at IIT- Madras, India.
