I am a driven, level-headed, and passionate individual working towards building an empire and making the Birla name synonymous with education too. My ultimate vision is to improve the quality of the Education System and make it more accessible. I have founded and expanded Birla Open Minds Education Pvt Ltd from 30 schools to 140 schools pan India in our franchise model which is 4x from when I started back in 2016. Not only that, but I also grew our student size by more than 3x. The Birla Open Minds provide a nurturing school environment wherein young children feel confident, cared for, secured, respected, and valued. Apart from Birla Open Minds to accomplish my vision. In 2019, I took the daunting but at the same time exciting step of starting my own company, Birla Brainiacs. It is an e-learning platform built to inspire collaborative learning with story-telling, E-books, and Daily Live sessions focused on homeschooling and skill development. It already has over 2 lakh, active users.
