• Consult with management and supervisors about company policies and procedures• Perform full cycle recruitment activities: posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews,making referrals of well qualified and skillful applicants to the respective department managers, facilitating the offer negotiation process and completing reference checks• Lead onboarding of new hires, ensuring their enrollment in ADP Workforce Now payroll and benefits and legally mandated training sessions, and fostering positive attitudes towards company goals• Occasionally process company payroll through ADP Workforce Now• Maintain accurate budget tracking for HR expenses and maintain accurate records of employees for various HR initiatives (such as recruitment efficiency, staff demographics, training and development, perks, etc.)• Conduct research, analysis and reporting for management (such as wage surveys, market evaluations, demographic reports, etc.)• Maintains knowledge of legal requirement and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance• Train new hires and managers on processes and procedures with respect to performance reviews, benefits administration, and/or enrollment in training opportunities• Conduct exit interviewing to determine reasons behind separation
