The Accelerated Career Enhancement Program at JM&A Group is designed to fuel tomorrow's growth as leaders in F&I-related products and service and total solutions, which we provide to dealers nationwide. The program equips high potential professionals who may not have any sales experience, with the necessary tools and resources to become sales professionals.

• Conduct new hire orientation, human resource trainings, and driving performance trainings
• Conduct on site and remote associate relations cases as acting human resource generalist
• Administer disciplinary action process with management, on site and remotely
• Administer new hire process, E-Verify, I9, Onboarding, etc. via Ultimate Software
• Process HRIS transactions to include, promotions, bonuses, state tax location, etc.
• Administer internal requisitions within Icims

• Assist in the recruiting process to schedule initial phone screens and on site interviews with multiple interviewers
• Assist in On-Boarding of new hires to include submitting background checks and scheduling drug testing
• Post job openings on public job search sites such as CareerBuilder and LinkedIn
• Assist in coordinating the internship program of summer interns
• Conduct initial phone screen for product specialist candidates

JM&A Group

• Serve as technical support for the HR Generalists’ and HR Director via administrative support for the department
• Assist with driving performance goals and annual review reporting as HR liaison for procedural questions
• Assist with the processing and administering of annual performance recognition programs
• Assist in the recruiting process to schedule candidates for initial phone screen
• Prepare panel interview documents and review benefits with candidates post panel interview
• Process transactions in Ultimate Software HRIS system for promotions, bonuses, etc.
