As a BBA student at Savitribai Phule Pune University, I am passionate about learning and applying business administration and management concepts in real-world scenarios. I have completed multiple certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, and marketing strategy, which have enabled me to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns for various projects and businesses.One of my recent achievements was working as an Operations Manager at Hrieva Group, a leading luxurious jewellery & cosmetic company, where I was responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing the inventory, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring quality standards. I also worked with the marketing team to create and execute innovative social media strategies that increased the brand awareness and customer engagement. Additionally, I have been involved in several social and entrepreneurial initiatives, such as founding The Waffle Window, a startup that offers delicious and affordable waffles, participating in AIESEC, a global youth organization that fosters leadership and cross-cultural exchange, and leading the Entrepreneur Club at Sinhgad College, where I organized and facilitated workshops, events, and competitions for aspiring entrepreneurs. I also have a keen interest in trading and investing in the stock market, and have gained valuable insights and experience in option buying. Through these diverse and enriching experiences, I have developed core competencies in operations management, marketing, leadership, communication, and problem-solving, which I aim to leverage and enhance in my future endeavors.
