Accountable for project management, lead programme planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes. ➢ Responsible for day-to-day activities of the livelihood programme ➢ Develop rapport with stakeholders, colleges, government department, NGO’s, government institutions, HR Corporates for training sessions and smooth placement process. ➢ Assign takes to placement officers. ➢ Planned and conceptualized various strategies to achieve the objective of livelihood generation ➢ Provided skill-based training to the youth and provided job as per their interest. ➢ Organized Job fair while developing partnership with deferent stakeholders.

Responsible for taking care of day-to-day activities of programmes of livelihood, scholarship program and Education program. ➢ Take care of day-to-day operations of the assigned projects. ➢ Coordinate with schools, Universities,Team of management and stakeholders to run the projects smoothly. ➢ Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management ➢ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

Managed operations, overall functioning of the Centre & various projects such as Self-help Group (SHG), Micro- Assistance Programme, financial Literacy, Agriculture business, Organizing medical Camp and social support activities. ➢ Maintain the relationship between the field staff and stakeholders for the smooth process of all projects. ➢ To conduct capacity building programme with community-based organization to implement the programme. ➢ Conducted Free Medical camp for the community in order to diagnose the disease. ➢ Get the dropout children enrolled in school by counselling the parent & Children. ➢ Promoted to manage Jana SHG Micro-credit Financial Project’s management. ➢ Monitor all the SHG programs on daily basis for the quality of groups. ➢ Provided skill-based training to the youth through the partnership of local NGOs ang agencies. ➢ Provided financial support to the people to start their nano start up to be self-depend financially through financial assistant programme. ➢ Conducted training session for farmers and other stakeholders, capacity building, livelihood development, watershed development, market linkage, farm productivity improvement, increase farm income. ➢ Worked with different partners to provide vocational training to youth in urban and rural community. ➢ Provide NFE to children and careen guidance session. ➢ Conducted Need base Assessment and PRA in village community to know the Issues of the community & find out the solution for the same. ➢ Imparting the financial education in the Group through group activities. ➢ Ensure that all laid down system and processes are followed at the Centre as stipulated by the senior management. ➢ Planned and conceptualized various strategies to achieve the objective of livelihood generation. ➢ Successfully managed projects of SHG loan, financial education, livelihood.➢ Capacity Building with team is with various aspects of the projects.
