• Constructed a protective cover to protect bolt-locking tabs on the Boiler Divider Plates from being deformed as a result of impact from robotic equipment arm, saving the department time and dosage required to repair.
• Updated layout of plug welded tubes within various heat exchangers with 10,000+ tubes in each vessel to be used for reference during in-situ maintenance activities
• Initiated a department specific procedure revision to reduce Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) in inspection vessels, resulting in our department's performance being used as the standard for 20+site execution departments
• Performed gap analysis in training of 38 employees, and scheduled training to align with gaps in scheduled outages to efficiently equip them with the necessary qualifications

• Improved aerodynamic performance of the car by optimizing mounting of various mechanical systems and ergonomically optimizing driver seating configuration, reducing the car length by 10 cm
• Prototyped and built a charge stand mechanism to lift and angle the top body of vehicle containing solar panels to various angles for optimal charging of battery during rest-stops
• Developed composite samples and performed various stress tests to replace metallic mechanical parts with carbon fiber sandwich boards to reduce the overall car weight by 45 kg
