I have over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and am proud to be the third generation of developers and contractors in my family. I began my career working on construction sites during my school vacations, which laid a strong foundation for my future endeavors. I hold a B.A. in Philosophy, Economics, and Political Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an M.A. in Diplomacy and Security Studies from Tel Aviv University.As the CEO of Yanushevsky Group, I have transformed the company’s project management methods, enhanced our ability to tackle complex challenges, and integrated cutting-edge technologies into our operations. My leadership has propelled Yanushevsky Group to new heights in the real estate and construction sectors.In addition to my role at Yanushevsky Group, I serve as the Deputy President of the Contractors Association of Israel and chair its Construction Division. I have also held the role of Chairman of the Safety Committee, significantly contributing to improving industry standards.In my pursuit of innovation, I co-founded Contech, a technology center dedicated to turning Israel into a global hub for construction and real estate technologies. After 20 years in the midst of the bustling and disruptive Israeli construction industry, I have set new goals for our long-standing (over a decade) investments in the US. Recently, I relocated to New Jersey to expand Yanushevsky Group’s focus on multi-family investments in the US, aiming to develop and manage properties that generate sustainable income.
