New engine assembly line project from start to end for Inline engine assembly line and run total 8 complex models on single assembly line, with proper line balancing for each model with proper provisions like, TOD, Nut runners and Fixtures and all work instructions for each model.Study and compare all engine models process and finalize the workflow and key driving factors of project and create process flow diagram with proper work instruction including all safety considerations.Create new RFQ for project and connect with suppliers with all our requirements and Scope of work and provide PO to supplier after CIP negotiations.Work with supplier and participate in complete design approval process with Cummins team and guide the supplier Installation and commissioning.Create all detailed work instruction with all safety and quality consideration for all 8 new models and upload it in EASE.
