I excel in optimizing processes and driving substantial growth, demonstrated by my success at Yunometa, a tech startup in the manufacturing and supply chain industry.At Yunometa, I led development of a dashboard that cut client machine downtime by 30% and improved efficiency by 20% and grew it to 12 major clients including Aditya Birla Group. I led various successful implementation projects as well as created SoPs and process flows for Yunometa in collaboration with department heads that enabled the firm to scale 3X.
