Head IT Infrastructure• Lead and oversee all IT operations, including data centers, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring IT strategies align with business goals. Drive innovation, operational efficiency, and compliance across the organization.• Manage mission-critical data centers, ensuring 24x7 availability, 99.9% uptime, and compliance with SLAs. Oversee system administration, storage, backup, and disaster recovery to ensure business continuity.• Direct enterprise applications such as SAP ECC, SAP HR, Office 365, and IBM Lotus Domino. Ensure seamless integration, support upgrades, and lead digital transformations to improve business efficiency and productivity.• Oversee the management of email, communication, and mobility platforms, including Office 365, IBM Lotus Domino, Scalix Linux Messaging, and Cisco IronPort. Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of messaging systems for business-critical operations.• Lead change management for system upgrades, maintenance, and emergency repairs, collaborating with teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures by establishing policies, conducting audits, and implementing real-time monitoring. Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (VA/PT), and patch management to protect sensitive systems.• Optimize IT infrastructure, hardware, storage, and backup solutions to reduce costs while maintaining high service standards. Negotiate and manage annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) to control OPEX.• Collaborate with the executive team to develop IT policies, governance frameworks, and risk management strategies, leveraging technology to drive business growth and innovation.• Provide strategic solutions for complex IT challenges, delivering reports, budgets, and annual operating plans (AOP) to guide executive-level decision-making.

Head IT Infrastructure:● Execute all aspects of datacenter operations including the operations (System administration,Storage, Backup), maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems supportinga 24x7 data center operation to achieve 99.9% uptime and 100% compliance to SLAs.● Manages provisioning of all datacenter services requirement of RInfra & LoBs includingcolocation, Storage, Backup, Connectivity, Server migration/consolidation, new deployment andany additional services to be delivered related to data center.● Supervise any change management processes including the review and approval for maintenanceand one-time/emergency repair events in coordination with onsite personnel, contractors andbusiness users.● Review hardware, storage and backup utilization and optimize the utilization with consolidation inorder to reduce the Opex cost.● Maximize system security through regular audits of security features, real-time notification forviolation as well as conducting scheduled VA/PT tests and patching vulnerabilities of sensitivesystems.● End to end management of Mail Mobility systems comprising of IBM Lotus Domino, Traveler,Office365 cloud, Scalix Linux Messaging System & Cisco Ironport gateway servers includingbaseline & advanced level activities across the entire messaging infrastructure.● Level 3 Support for any issue with the Mail & Mobility infrastructure, designing andimplementation of the solution as per the business requirement.● Management of all Servers, storage hardware annual maintenance contract with third party. AMCrenewal for mail mobility software & subscription.● Preparation of technical documentation, presentation of management/ training related reportsincluding Project Charters, AOP, Budgeting, Goal Setting Forms, Executive Summary, Approval/Justification Notes, Policy Framing, SOPs, Progress Reports, MoM etc.
