Identified labour relations issues, established time frames, funding limitations, and resource requirements for each initiative in order to meet recommendations and optimize service levels for all clinical support service areas.• Successfully lowered FHA’s annual operating expenditure in Overtime costs by more than $4.43 million in 8 months through developing an Overtime Accountability Framework with guidelines and tools to support front-line managers. • Provided key leadership and direction to implement a business model for all FHA that will standardize staff scheduling practices, improve efficiencies, and meet measurable outcomes.
