• Face to face customer service - taking payments, ensuring customer suitability • Telephone reservations – Taking bookings and payments over the phone• Running shift- Ensuing staff have the appropriate skills and knowledge of daily tasks, as well as providing training to current employees• Planning shift – Delegating tasks and arranging shift times• Accounts- chasing payments from our corporate customers, managing fuel managing cost of cars managing damage cost• Managing Fleet – making sure the appropriate cars are available, as well as fleet availability• Locating lost cars and forwarding unsuitable vehicles to fleet manager• Marketing services to local areas, body shops and insurance companies

• Completed observations and learning journals on a regular basis• Pick up’s and drop offs to school and organised after school activities• Administration work e.g. book keeping , child profile and marketing the company • Provided children with nutritional breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner
