Preparing and Submitting Monthly & Weekly Close out report like MCOB,MQDB,QIR as per musanada standard and in approved format.  Consultant follow-up for WIR inspection and approval for Civil, Arch, ID, landscape inspection.  To implement QA/QC procedure and inspection test plan for all related activities and ensure the work is done as per approved drawings and method statement.  Coordinate to various disciplines engineers at site on various inspection and Quality related issues.  Reporting any kind of non-conformities (NCR) to senior QA/QC Engineer/manager.  Inspection and follow-up with 3rd Party laboratory personnel for excavation, compaction, FDT and plate bearing test prior to structural works.  Inspection and arranging consultant for reinforcement works for all structural elements.  Monitoring concrete pouring works and preparing concrete pouring reports.  Maintaining a well-organized filling system for the department in accordance with Quality system.
