Job Responsibilities• Provide telephone and in-person support to over 100 end users, troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network related technical issues.• Install operating systems, software, antivirus and patches• Creating and managing users, groups and OUs.• Applying, sharing and security permission on files and folders.• Applying group policies on local computer, OUs and domain.• Crimping network cables• Installing configuring and troubleshooting network and shared Printers• Outlook configurations and support.• Maintaining IT inventory• Monitoring all LAN & WAN links servers etc.• Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops• Setting up video conference and CISCO meetings.
