I can provide you with a complete social media strategy, website copywriting, newsletter and blog creation, and basic content creation. In this role, it was my responsibility to interact and engage with high-risk students and support them with in-classroom activities. Following my time in the classroom, I created a mental health, self-regulation, resource based on the Copeland Centre's Wellness Recovery Action Plan framework for students to use as a maintenance tool, and a recovery tool when they are experiencing a crisis.

I managed my own client accounts and regularly communicated with clients to uphold client expectations.

My role as a Register Operator included a number of daily responsibilities such as operating a complex computer system, engaging and interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and ensuring I provide them with exceptional customer service, cash handling, processing customer orders and following filing systems. I also plan and execute a social media strategy for the company's Instagram page.

During my time at The Red Cross I worked with the Life Skills Gold Coast team to facilitate community engagement and development in the Gold Coast region. In this role it was my responsibility to participate in community consultations and engage with different members of the community and provide them with ongoing support and advocacy. I engaged with people from diverse backgrounds with complex needs and worked at a macro and micro level to identify services and support that may be required to enhance their general well-being and health. It was my responsibility to deliver empathetic support that respected the values of the communities and individuals I worked with. In this role, it was paramount to respect my professional boundaries and the limitations of my practice, to effectively ensure the communities and individuals I engaged with were safe and receiving the appropriate amount of support.As a student practitioner I worked both autonomously and within a team - I would take initiative and complete my own tasks that would assist the Life Skills team projects and service delivery. It was also my responsibility to work within the organisation's framework and to respect professional processes and systems.

My time at Pineapple PR included a variety of tasks. My role primarily focused on content creation, such as writing for a number of clients on a variety of different platforms (media releases, blog posts, articles). I would liaise with my senior publicists to create effective content, whilst also conducting individual research and compiling relevant data that would assist my work and the work of my senior publicists. In this role it was important for me to respect and adhere to time frames and deadlines as I was working in a very fast-paced environment.

My position at Creative Drinks/The Creative Issue consisted of writing weekly articles and conducting interviews with Australian creatives. In this role I was communicating with my editor on a weekly basis to discuss ideas and explore new creative avenues - this process taught me how to have an open mind when it comes to my own work but also gave me the opportunity to write about topics I enjoy.

In this role, I was supporting young people in residential care. Whilst on shift, I completed behavioural assessments and reports, administrative duties and I worked in a team of Youth Workers. I used a range of social work strategies to engage and support the young person, whilst ensuring they followed their daily support plan. I was in constant contact with my supervisor and assigned caseworker to debrief and report on the completed shift.
