Instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing accounting policies/ principles and tracking systems for various functional areas while ensuring compliance with accounting standards & procedures. Looking after overall management of accounts of six units while coordinating with a team of approximately 100 members; supervising & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficacy in working. Adept at handling whole gamut of accounting functions manually as well as in tally accounting package viz. preparation/finalization of accounts, accounting transactions, preparation of balance sheet and other related matters while ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Efficiently liaising and coordinating with banks and financial institutions for meeting finance/fund requirements; also interfacing with government and statutory bodies viz. Sales Tax, Income Tax, Excise, ESIC, PF, Labour office etc to ensure smooth execution of overall functions.
