Of 6.6m instruments issued in the last 15 years, 2.7M shares valued at $65m (out of $99m) issued during the time. Stock option exercises tripled during that time.

Responsible for preparation of all footnotes and disclosures related to Stock-based compensation and Equity, as well as Equity roll and Statement of Cash flows• Accounted for expense calculations related to stock options, performance share awards, restricted grants and all aspects of FAS123R compensation accounting • Developed process documentation for SOX compliance, work closely with internal and external auditors, research GAAP/FASB for complex accounting issues and transactions• Supervised fixed asset accountant and manage processes including capitalization, computation of depreciation, recording of transfers, retirements etc. • Significantly improved Asset acquisition process to reduce inefficiencies and bring down lead time from 6 weeks to less than 1 week• Directed the project to clean-up the Assets under construction account – researched and capitalized or wrote-off stale balances in about 200 projects opened between 1999 and 2007, spread over 50 accounts
