About Nishan Sembacuttiaratchy

In a nutshell, I'm an experienced professional in Management as well as lecturing for undergraduate students.I started at the bottom ranks as a Web Designer and then progressed on to Webmaster and Team Leader whilst building up a career in lecturing for undergraduate students.Then switched to a different company where I was responsible for starting a new software development unit where I became the Manager. Started my own IT Training Institute and partnered with ESOFT in 2006 and switched over to ESOFT on a full time basis as General Manager in 2007.2013 saw me advance to the position of CEO at ESOFT whilst managing our transition to the new brand identity ESOFT Metro Campus. I'm mostly into strategic management now and engage in pursuing new products and partnerships for the betterment of the organisation, and still do lectures to keep myself updated about the latest trends.I now lead ESOFT International as well, which is our sister company for handling international placement and our international expansions. We currently operate in Thailand, and will soon be in the Middle East as well
