 Review/Prepare contractual construction program, detailed work program, subcontract construction program, S-curve, Manpower histogram, Equipment histogram, quantity curves and look-ahead schedule according to the current update. Review/Prepare project schedule and monitoring work progress with respect to resources and time overruns Formulate Progress measurement system, Project control procedures / Execution plan. Update and monitor project progress and communicate with team about delays. Review/Prepare Monthly, Weekly and Daily Reports for construction activities with all details of project status, critical activities identifications etc. Attend weekly and monthly progress meeting with client. Preparation of construction time schedules using Critical path method. Preparation of various project progress reports, dashboard, and progress presentations. Liaise with engineering team to obtain additional information required to update the PMS. Ensures mobilization of contractors and equipment is done in accordance with plan.

 Preparation of tender documents- Instructions to tenderers, General and Particular conditions of contract,The specification, Bill of quantities, Tender and appendices, Contract drawings etc. Attend Pre bid meetings with bidders to clarify any concerns. Attend tender evaluation meeting & post tender meeting Review and Approval for project schedule based on the contract. Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report for Ministry. Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Contractor / Consultant. Prepares client monthly report reflecting work progress summary. Report to the Dept. Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan andactual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work. Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Contractor / Consultant as required. Preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.

 Developed the Construction schedule based on contract requirements on Primavera P6. Complete resource planning including labour & non labour (Machinery) as per project scope usingproductivity norms. Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI & Earned Value Analysis. Follow up the construction works and update schedule. Conducted site progress review meetings for monitoring of project identifying problems related to workprogress & highlighting of the same. Take active role in contract administration and carry out all necessary activities including Preparation ofcontract variation, monitoring progress of contract and budgeting, payments, settlement ofdisputes/claims, arbitration, etc. Ensure compliance with spirit and terms and conditions of the contract.
