 Handling the Recruitment and Selection process including document verification. Handling General Administration of HR services right from joining of employees till separation. Looking after grievances of the employee and their resolution. Implementing all policies and procedures.  Preparing salary and salary slip of all the field & office staff. Checking and processing monthly expenses of field force list. Hotel and venue bookings along with bills and their timely processing for all sales meeting. Keeping a check on all stationary items used during the classroom training of all the field employees. Providing holiday list chart, important telephone numbers, Visiting card orders and A/c openings of new employees. Ensuring completion of joining formalities and issuing of appointment letters, promotion and transfer letters at appropriate time. Maintaining personal files & records of the employees.  Exit formalities along with full & final of outgoing staff.

 Taking calls and resolving queries of customers/employees. Installation of printers/scanners and other hardware. All kind of computer troubleshootings. Visiting customers, payment collection.
