 To Prepare daily, MTD and YTD Introduction and Completion MIS which helps to evaluate performance of branches & territory. To Track daily, MTD & YTD Recruitment and Licensing count of branches and Territory. Maintain data of Activisation on Branchwise & Relationship manager wise Generating MIS for perusal of Chief Manager so as to help him to develop business strategies with the ultimate aim of achieving business targets Preparing & Designing MIS of Introduction and Completion on daily basis. TPVs to be raised on time & ensure timely payments to all vendors One point of contact for branch, zonal Office & Head Office. Timely setting up and preparation of MIS's 100 % Accuracy of reports to be maintained Effective publication of MIS"s Flexible approach towards publication of these MIS's to ensure utmost customer satisfaction Liase with internal teams to get set up these MIS's and upgrade/automate them. Engage with ZCRM's to understand their MIS requirements periodically Prepare and circulate the MIS as per agreed frequency Ensure systematic database Maintenance of requisite data for future reference. Identify System requirements, raise requirements to Project team. Proactively follow up with the concerned teams for completion of projects  Ensure successful completion of UATs and smooth implementation of the system modifications

 Prepare daily MIS for the VISA BILL PAY Department and analyse the trend of complaints. Thus providing suggestions to the upper management for implementing suitable changes in order to reduce the complaints. Managing different Campaigns. Prepare and analyse different reports as and when required by the senior managers.  Prepare MIS for the I-PRU Department and analyzing the number of potential LEADS throughout the country. Sending daily target trackers for LEADS to our sales channels and ensuring that they achieve the desired number of LEADS for our insurance business. Sending daily MIS to sales channels notifying the status of LEADS and coordinating with the sales channels daily for all sourcing errors. Prepare MIS for the I-PRU Department and analyse the trend of customer logins and the status of LEADS/LOGINS. Handling Finacle CRM Preparing daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Report Generate the reports from the call center from Finacle & Close all the requests raised by the call center Making payout report of DMA & DST. Coordinating with Account about the payout issues if any. Making provision on monthly basis.
