As an Assistant Professor at Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad (IHM-A), I teach and mentor students in the field of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE), which is a vital segment of the hospitality industry. I have over 2.5 years of experience in this role, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and insights with the future leaders of the sector.I also have a strong background in data science and business analytics, which I apply to enhance the quality and effectiveness of my teaching and research. I have a postgraduate certification in data science from INSOFE, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. I specialize in customer relationship management (CRM), loyalty, and campaign management, and I have successfully implemented and supported various CRM systems and applications in my previous roles as a founder and a partner of food businesses.
