Coordinating Fabrication, erection, assembly of 30 Nos Pipe rack modules (6000 MT Steel Structure, 1.8 Lacs ID piping, 5KM E&I Cable tray & 200 MT E&I support) for HPCL Vizag RUF project. Work includes coordination for drawing issuance from engineering, raw material dispatch, material clearance, design issues resolution, fabrication and assembly of structures, pipe erection, hydro test, insulation, box up, fireproofing for complete pipe rack modules. Coordination with logistic team, MWS and vendor for module weighing, land transportation of modules through SPMT and RORO operation on barge. Coordination with site team to take up modules erection and requirement for flawless erection at site and completion of Modules without any hindranc.

Planning and Execution work of Bolted Structural Fabrication & Erectionwork of 8000 MT, Sheeting 11000 Sqm and AG & UG piping work (Mechanical clearance, Hydro Testing & Box-up and Handing Over) 35000 IM of different area i.e. Pipe racks, Hyper & Booster Compressor, HP Recycle structure, Hot water handling system, Polymerization, Bagging silo structure etc. of LDPE Unit and Mechanical Clearance, hydro testing, Box up of 150000 IM piping of all utilities, Steam lines (IBR & Non IBR), Hydrocarbon and flare service (Ss-304,316L, 347, Nace etc.) and completely Handing over the unit after PSSR and Different audits (WTPA, MIQA, MIQA Stress, Spring Supports etc) in CO Shift unit at SEZ Gasification Complex.
