Job Responsibilities.- Responsible for Planning, forecasting , Budgeting the Solar Project Execution Scope to complete Projects on time and in budgeted cost. - Lead and Deliver Solar PV Projects on PAN India basis.- Installation , Erection and commissioning of Solar power plant project as per design.- Knowledge of all kind of Solar PV Projects (Rooftop & ground mounted).- Having good knowledge in Designing & Making Specifications of Solar Power Plant (DC designing, String Sizing, Inverter selection,Cable selection, earthing system design, cable route & Equipment layout. - Well versed with Solar Simulation tools like PV SYST & Helioscope.- Preparation of Project progress reports & updating the progress to the respective authority.- Co-ordination in all the phases of the Solar power plant project.- Construction & Supervision – Site operations , planning resource mobilization, timely project completion, maintaining quality control procedures & safety.- Co-ordination with purchase team for timely procurement of required materials.- Co-ordination with respective installation Engineer & managing site installation/execution contractor.- Ensure complete responsibility for project delivery.- Assist Cross Functional Teams and guide them for ensuring Project deliverables on various critical parameters.- Responsible for material inspection & factory visits to evaluate suppliers.- Coordination of Tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
