• Designed and built an SQL database to house all information about prospective, active and rejected traders. It consists of information like the background of the firm and the strategy’s description. This database helped to automate many reports saving time and allowing for ad hoc data searches.• Reworked the hedge fund’s vetting process of acquiring new traders and maintained the appropriate documentation at each step.• Maintained sixteen online databases making sure each was up to date with the fund’s monthly performances and current assets under management.
