Working on the "NITI Aayog Edtech Project" is an outcome-based funding project. It is a collective workbetween NITI Aayog, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, GDI Partners and the Government of UttarPradesh.

I was working in POSHAN Abhiyan aims to combat the problems of undernutrition among women, adolescent girls, and children (0-6 years) through improved monitoring, capacity building, and effective convergence at the district level. The district lead will play a key role to catalyze action and support the district Collectorate in the effective implementation and monitoring of POSHAN Abhiyaan in the assigned district.

Responsible for administration and planning various strategies, organizing workshops and awarenessprogrammes and coordinating the events. Also working closely with various school authorities andstudents. Our basic aims are ensuring better coordination and collective work amongst civil societyorganizations and other actors seeking to engage with the Human Rights framework, including theUN system for the promotion and protection of human rights.

I worked as a teacher to understand the German preschool and daycare system which is a kindergartenfor children 3 to 6 years of age. In Germany, every child has a legal right to attend kindergarten from theage of three until the age of six when compulsory education begins.

I participated as a Project coordinator in skill development component of “Uttar Pradesh SkillDevelopment Mission” which is executed in 17 districts of Uttar Pradesh. UPSDM is the integrateefforts of various departments of the State and Central Government organizations engaged inproviding skill development training and make available employment-oriented and placement linkedtraining in vocational skills.

Worked for right based wage employment for rural labors under the scheme of Mahatma GandhiNational Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. In an attempt to make governance structures moretransparent, accountable and inclusive, especially towards socially excluded communities, theorganization has supported various advocacy and campaign projects to raise awareness about socialexclusion and advocate for more socially inclusive policies and programs.

Worked for the rehabilitation of trafficked girls from the different parts of India and also for theirlivelihood purpose. The Ngo helps the government to implement different schemes for the girl child indifferent states of India. Mostly focus has always been on the prevention of girl trafficking, a burning issuefor India. Rescuing girls forced into prostitution and helping to find economic alternatives have beenour key struggle.

Participated in livelihood component of “Tejaswini Maharashtra Rural Women EmpowermentProgramme” in planning and execution of the process of sub-sector livelihood identification forwomen entrepreneurship development.

Worked in the project “micronutrient initiative” as a co-trainer. In which ICDS (Integrated ChildDevelopment Scheme) and ANM (Auxillary Nurse Mid Wife) are trained under the project at districtlevel.

Worked with Gram Panchayat department of Maharashtra (Local Self Governance) of four villages fora period of one month for making the development plans of the villages, conducting a survey for the pilotproject for the environmental scheme "Paryavaran Santulit Samradh Gram Yojna" in 4 differentvillages which are the part of backward district Osmanabad in Maharashtra.
