• Responsible for coordinating with the corporate and Client for performing all activities that requires ensuring implementation of site as per the stipulated project plan.• Allotment of civil, Electrical & liaison vendors for Execution & implementation of site infrastructure• Responsible for implementation & realization of Purchase requisition (PR), & purchase order (PO), recommendation for vendor & work order, BOQ etc.• Coordinating with site management consultancies SMC’s (TICS & Leadcom) for timely completion and gear up the execution activities.• Plan & forecast various supply chain management (SCM) activities for delivery of tower, shelter, DG, AC’s, FAS, Servo etc & implement them to complete the site requirement. • Providing technical support as well as clearing queries of Technician for various problem statement and key areas.• Regular updating the status & Data trackers for materials as well as activities.• Handling all alarms for 100+ powers under my KRA and Managing 6-10 technician and reporting the activities to Cluster Manager and Zonal head.• Ensuring the uptime of my sites to 99.97% and ensure all Safety and security measures on a cell site.
