Stakeholder Management - managing expectations and keeping the business and implementation on the same understanding.Delivering design decisions across applications based on rationale and performance ability. Research and Gap Analysis to stabilize the product.Management: Working with individuals, setting goals, expectations . Assist in Career growth of the members. Delivering a self sufficient team.Ability to communicate high-level technical solutions to business problems and connect recommendations to programme success criteria, but also a balance of business and technological expertise .Able to multi-task and prioritize across multiple business opportunities at the same timeResolving any design or technical issues in the existing setup and co-ordinate with other consultants to solve the problem.Current Project:eLIMS-NG Is a LIMS program for the management of the lifecycle of Lab Samples from Registration, Evaluation, Reporting and Invoicing. Many sub-processes are supported in enabling quicker resolution and providing information at the earliest to the Customer.The system is evolved to support integration with legacy applications across various labs. While also broadcasting information to other local or Task-specific systems for specific requirements arising for a lab or Customer.Challenges arising from process variation across various labs are streamlined by defining a Business Process which is optimized by the functional and technical team.
