Demonstrated my expertise in the following domains in the field of education for more than 15 years:Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work in the classroom, dealt with both online and offline classroom teaching along with the working at various leadership positions across Schools, Colleges and Universities. The combination of these experiences with my natural desire, ability to lead, along with new initiative across all levels in education led me to provide meaningful contribution in education. The following are some essence wherein I gained proficiecy:1. New initiatives which includes commencement of new courses along with ground route level smooth implementation 2. Seminar, Workshops & Orientation Meeting : Conducted career counselling seminars at School and University level. 3. Admission : Includes internal planning, direct and indirect promotional activities, invariably building the brand image throughout the year by improving the quality of the education, emphasing on share of heart rather than share of mind. 4. Academic Planning : Includes improvement in quality of educaton, planning of academics, ability to provide result oriented outcome.5. Administration: Meeting with Principals to streamline the same process, planning across all group of schools, Direct involvement in recruitment of Principals, Heads and Teachers, Looking over social media handles, Ability to set-up and streamline the administration process.6. Heading the IT Department : This includes ERP System, Setting-up Studios, Able to align IT Process which meets institutional goals in long run.7. Teaching : Expertise in finance domain which includes subjects such as Accounts, Statistics, Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting.
