• Responsibilities: Working on Customer service Requests, CDMA, EvDO and LTE cases and providing end to end network level analysis and resolution of complex technical problems related to customers network.
• LTE prime – Solving LTE (RAN-eNodeB ) related issues. The issue can be as simple as an alarm and as complex as an outage. More than 300 cases solved including outages, RCA,patches, upgrades etc. for big customers like.
• eMBMS -Automated Subframe Allocation for MBMS. Project RAN Lead- Responsibilities included Lab and Field testing for the feature for enodeb, Writing test instructions to verify the feature end to end, Working with.
• ATT L14 A FOA Project – Customer Network Support lead for the project,the responsibility involved having an overview of all the features and the fixes to be released in the Software.
• AMO Feature Lead – Testing the complete functionality in the LAB and field environment.
• NE-IP-Connectivity tool - Tested a new tool for Verizon Core CNM product.

Responsibilities: Performing data calls and voice calls and testing in different market. Loading builds and Calibrating the testing devices like FFA, Dongle,9K etc

This position required correcting the test papers, home works and projects. Clearing the doubts of the students and conducting the exams.
