 An Electrical QA/QC Engineer with 12+ years’ experience in execution of Electrical projects, Inspections in different types of projects like oil & gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Aluminum processing plant ,Utlities projects,Power plants, Grid stations, Sub stations,Overhead transmission lines (Poles, steel Towers) etc. Coordinate with Projects and Planning on project time schedules, establish target completion dates, ensure target date are achieved and maintain Productivity Experience of working as part of a multi discipline team for facilities engineering projects. Prepare/review relevant data sheets, perform/review bid evaluations and advise on the electrical systems portion of work for new for the field development. Observe relevant factory acceptance tests and/or site acceptance tests; review and coordinate works in site and guidance on technical issues in line with the project requirements. Provide site support and technical assistance for the entire project life cycle, of detailed design, construction, hook-up and commissioning of the new facilities Work to review existing electrical systems for adequacy of design. Perform FEED and detailed design of electrical system modifications, as required.Interface with, and provide technical guidance for the activities of consultant engineering contractors as required. Provide technical reports and assist in preparing management reports and attending project meetings. Ensure current International Standards and approaches are used and implemented where appropriate Ensure that all suppliers equipment is in compliance with design specifications Verify, inspect & witness installation, testing and commissioning of all major electrical components in substations including transformers, HV & LV switch gear, control gear, earthing & lightning protection bus-bars, panels, auto change over switches, voltage regulators, distribution panels and their associated wiring. An effective communicator & leader with strong analytical, logical, problem solving abilities
